Fan favourite, Guy Martin has confirmed he is getting back on the bike and racing at both the Tandragee 100 and Cookstown 100 Irish road races.
Guy Martin called time on his road racing career in 2017 after withdrawing from the 2017 Ulster Grand Prix. He signed a deal with Honda in 2017 alongside multiple TT winner, John McGuiness but several complications later and a crash in the Superbike race, he retired from the Senior and eventually called time on his racing career, but it appears that the thrill of the ride is too much for Martin to resist.
The Cookstown 100 opens the Irish Road Racing season and takes place on the 27th and 28th April and Martin is taking along his own BSA to compete in the yesteryear Classic race. The Tandragee 100 takes place on May 4th and 5th where Guy will be competing in the Classic Race.
We wish Guy best of luck, and are happy to see him back on the bike!
